What’s more, we’re so confident in our prices that we’re willing to bet on it; if you can find the same car available in the local area for a lower price then we’ll give you £1,000 plus the difference in price. The difference is calculated from the net agreed price, including any discounts and promotions.
That’s our Trade Centre Wales Price Promise.
The terms and conditions of our Price Promise are:
- You must have purchased (or acquired a vehicle on finance) at a branch of The Trade Centre Group PLC.
- You must have a written quote from a VAT registered motor dealer, trading as a Limited company from permanent premises within a 40 miles radius of the branch you purchased your vehicle from.
- Dealer must be a physical retailer of used cars, online only retailer claims not accepted.
- The quote must be dated within 48 hrs of your purchase and may not pre-date the purchase.
- If an online link has been provided to a third-party website, please be aware it can take 7-days to verify your claim, and should the car not be available to purchase at the point of verification then the claim will be denied. Print outs/PDFs are not accepted.
- The alternative vehicle must be the same;
a. month and year of registration
b. specification
c. colour
d. lower mileage or within 500 miles of the Trade Centre vehicle.. - The vehicle must be available at the time of Price Promise application check (up to 7 days) and be unsold.
- The mileage must be verified, and, in every way, the alternative vehicle should be like our vehicle.
- All The Trade Centre Group plc customers that can fit the above-mentioned criteria are reimbursed the cost differences plus £1,000, that’s our Price Promise and that’s how serious we are that we won’t be beaten on price. Customers are limited to one claim within 3 years (Typical car ownership cycle).
- When comparing the value of your car, any part-exchange over-allowance (discount) will not be taken into account.
Price Match Guarantee for Part Exchange (PX) Deals
In the event that you receive a Part Exchange (PX) offer for a vehicle of the same make, model, and age, with comparable mileage and retail price to the one you intend to purchase from us, we commit to surpassing the PX price provided in that offer, contingent upon your purchase of our vehicle. Our PX price will encompass any over-allowance (discount) included within the deal.
Admin Fee Information
All web specials are inclusive of £349 admin fee. As a contribution towards our costs for vehicle transportation/logistics and preparation, a mandatory administration fee of £349 (including VAT) is payable on all retail vehicles we sell.
