Trade Centre Wales sponsors Parc Margam 10k Challenge 2024: Running for a Cause!

We are thrilled to announce the sponsorship of the upcoming Parc Margam 10k Challenge set to take place on the 10th of March 2024. This exciting event is not only an opportunity for participants to showcase their athletic prowess but also a chance for the community to come together and make a significant impact. The Parc Margam 10 Challenge aims to raise funds and awareness for two remarkable local charities that have been making a difference in the lives of many – Harry’s Fund and Tŷ Olwen Hospice.
Harry’s Fund which support vulnerable families was founded in memory of Harry Nye Patterson, Harry’s Fund supports families who have lost a child and funds local recreation facilities, including Harry’s Memorial Park.
Tŷ Olwen Hospice which is is compassionate regarding of life care is based at Morriston Hospital, Tŷ Olwen Hospice provides palliative care for those with life-limiting conditions, ensuring comfort within the local community. Mayor Cllr Chris Williams has selected Harry’s Fund and Tŷ Olwen Hospice as official charities, emphasising their importance in the community.
