Trad Centre supports Alfie

The Trade Centre Group is proud to have supported KitKlub Brand Ambassador Gareth ‘Alfie’ Thomas by making a donation of over £1000 to his Three Peaks challenge in aid of Tackle HIV.

Gareth Thomas, renowned for his contributions to the world of rugby, has since dedicated himself to raising awareness and educating people on HIV and has headed up Tackle HIV to aid his work and has been tackling the famous challenge, of hiking the highest peaks across England, Scotland and his home country of Wales.

Tackle HIV aims to correct misunderstandings, change attitudes, and break stigma to ultimately make a difference for people living with HIV and people affected by HIV.

Taking the total donations to over £5000, Trade Centre is delighted to be able to support important work that is done by Tackle HIV and Gareth has had this to say about the challenge and the Trade Centre donation: “From everyone at Tackle HIV campaign, I just want to say a huge thank you for the support. It will go a long way to help those who are affected by the HIV virus and the stigma that goes along with it”.

The Trade Centre Group continues to champion great causes through this donation and the KitKlub programme, providing kits for over 400 junior sports teams across the UK and Wales, of which Alfie is a brand ambassador.
