All games are played on Saturday’s and home games are held at Treharris Millennium Park, just down the road from the Abercynon showroom.

An incredibly lucky club

Steve Richards, Chairman said: “We’re so honoured to have The Trade Centre Wales backing us again this year. We have strong links with company, having customers and employees involved with, and even playing for the club.

“We are a small community club and it isn’t unusual for sides like us to be struggling for sponsorship and reusing old kit year-on-year.

“Being able to run out in a new kit this year, will make us feel united as a team and give us a well needed confidence boost. At Treharris RFC, we strive to ensure inclusiveness getting everyone together as the community and their enjoyment are at the backbone of the club.

“We are so grateful and lucky to have had funding from The Trade Centre Wales for an entire decade and this money will be a real boost.”

Strong partnerships in the community

Andy Coulthurst, CEO of The Trade Centre Wales, said: “Treharris RFC are our longest standing receiver of sponsorship and so the club are very close to us.

“As always, we’re eager to support local teams in the communities near our showrooms, as they’re close to the hearts of our staff and customers and Treharris RFC is still as appreciative of our support as they were ten years ago.

“We’re proud to show our continued support to this grassroots team to ensure the team have the kits and training gear they need. We wish them the very best of luck in the upcoming season. Here’s to the next 10 years!”
