Trade Centre Wales Proudly Supports Parc Margam 10k Event
Tuesday 18th March 2025
Trade Centre Wales is delighted to have supported the Parc Margam 10k event held Sunday, which saw over 400 runners register to participate. The event successfully raised just over £5,000 for the Mayor’s nominated charities – Morriston Podiatry General Fund and NPT District Nurses Fund, both affiliated with Swansea Bay Health Charity.
Trade Centre Wales Chairman and Founder, Mark Bailey, expressed his pride in supporting community events like the Parc Margam 10k. He said, “As a leading local company and employer, Trade Centre Wales is very proud to support community events including the Parc Margam 10k. Well done to everyone who took part and congratulations for helping to raise so much for two very worthy causes.”
The Mayor of Neath Port Talbot, Councillor Matthew Crowley, also shared his gratitude, stating, “I’d like to extend my sincerest thanks to all who took part in the Parc Margam 10k last Sunday (March 16). The setting, weather, and atmosphere were fantastic, and the enthusiasm and effort of all runners were too! I’d also like to thank the Friends of Margam Park event volunteers and the family and friends of the runners who cheered everyone on at the finish line. Without the support of event sponsors Trade Centre Wales, the Parc Margam 10k would not be possible. A massive thank you once again to Trade Centre Wales’ Chairman & Founder, Mark Bailey, for his help again this year.”
