Exciting New Collaboration with Monster Mountain MX

Trade Centre Wales is proud to announce an exciting new collaboration with Monster Mountain MX in Merthyr Tydfil as part of its ongoing commitment to community engagement and youth development.

This partnership brings together a shared passion for creating meaningful opportunities for young people across South Wales. By combining resources and expertise, the programme aims to introduce participants to the world of motorcycles in a safe, structured, and inspiring environment.

Mark Thomas, Coordinator for Vocational Education in Cardiff, spoke enthusiastically about the initiative:

“We love to work with young people and want to give them the chance to ride motorcycles and also fix them, in a controlled environment.”

The programme is designed not only to provide hands-on riding experiences but also to develop practical mechanical skills, confidence, and teamwork. It offers a unique pathway for young people to engage with vocational learning outside of the traditional classroom setting.

Mike Doyle, ambassador for Trade Centre Wales, shared his excitement about the collaboration:

“This is a fantastic opportunity. It’s all about giving young people something positive to get involved in — and making sure they have a great time while doing it.”
