MTR Bailey Trading, the parent company of The Trade Centre Wales, has been awarded the Editorâ€™s Choice Award for its recent growth at this yearâ€™s Top 100 Companies in South West Wales. The award was presented at a lunch at the Swansea Marriott to businesses creating jobs and wealth in the Swansea Bay Region, other big winners at the event included Bluestone, Admiral and JG Hale Construction.

The Trade Centre Wales has donated Â£1500 to Maggieâ€™s annual Gala Dinner, hosted by Chairman Blanche Sainsbury. Swansea based cancer charity, Maggieâ€™s, provides free practical, emotional and social support to people with cancer. The support will help cover costs associated with the running of the event meaning that anything made on the evening will go straight back into Maggieâ€™s.

South Walesâ€™ largest used car showroom donates Â£1150 towards rugby kits for Cardiff-based, St Albans RFC in preparation for the clubs 125th anniversary. St Albans Rugby Football Club is a community club with eight teams across both senior and junior leagues, increasing to nine in the new season. The funding will be used towards 26 new kits for the senior team which will see the club revert to the traditional playing kit of black and amber stripes.
