Major Recruitment Drive at The Trade Centre Wales

The Trade Centre Wales training academy have launched our largest ever recruitment drive with almost 70 new positions needing to be filled in readiness for the opening of our new Cardiff North store and additional staffing to cope with the huge demand at our existing sites in Neath and Merthyr.

The academy are looking to recruit experienced vehicle technicians to help inspect and prepare the hundreds of cars per week purchased by car shoppers in South Wales.

In addition to technicians, there are also many customer facing roles; showroom receptionists, sales executives, business managers and collections staff. The customer facing roles do not require previous experience and the team are looking to recruit candidates with retail experience that are enthusiastic, self-motivated and have good administration skills and are willing to work retail hours including regular weekends. Full training is provided by our dedicated training academy and sales executives that are fresh to the industry will be supported by a ‘buddy’ system, teaming up during their induction with an experienced sales executive.
