Support the Marketing team to deliver overall marketing strategy across our B2C brands and community projects
Growing customer engagement through traditional and digital channels (Social Media + Review Platforms)
Working alongside the Head of Marketing to develop and implement social media strategy & communications strategy.
Draft and edit content for review
Support with upkeep of The Trade Centre Group’s brand websites.
Working alongside the Digital Marketing Manager to plan content for marketing functions e.g., Website, email & social media.
Assisting with events, promotions, and other marketing related activities
Create compelling content for newsletters, advertising, social media, email, our website and videos
Marketing support for our 6 superstores (with more on the way!)
Supporting departments to create internal communications.
Recognise and recommend ideas and suitable improvements to procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness is maintained and all business opportunities are maximised.
What do we expect of you?
Communications experience or relevant supporting qualification
Demonstrated experience of producing high-quality copywriting content
Have excellent writing & communications skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
CRM Experience desirable
Excellent organisation skills and project management skills are a must
Capable of thriving in a dynamic and fast paced working environment
