Trade Centre Wales has invested in a new Customer Care Service Centre which features a servicing area with 12 ramps, bodyshop, parts department, tyre fitting bay, service reception and refreshments area. The new Customer Care Operations Manager is Mr. Paul Moorfield.

Paul said, “The aim of this new centre is to ensure that all sold vehicles have a thorough pre-delivery inspection and are ready on time for the promised delivery date. All our technicians are highly experienced and will make sure that customers feel comfortable with all work being carried out”.
