Me and my partner are very happy indeed to have bought our first car together with the trade centre Wales team! We had been to a few places to look at cars but felt we had a very professional team of people helping us find our perfect car together! I have to say that my experience with trade centre in Merthyr was 1st class! Being a complete novice (woman who just goes on colour of the car) the gentleman who helped me was amazing! I am a manager of a well known bookies and understand how customer service affects business, with this gentleman I believe his name is [name removed], put me at complete ease and I cannot praise him enough, I came back the following day and was quite surprised that he even remembered selling me the car let alone my name! As soon as I walked through the door he greeted me with a smile and a hi Laura. The finance manager I seen was also lovely,. The only negative was it was FREEZING, I suffer with m.e and fibromyalgia and was in some pain waiting for the finance manager as there was no where we could sit, we wasn't offered a office which wasn't in use to sit in whilst waiting, I got to be honest I was that cold an in that much pain I really was thinking of saying knickers lets go home, but my partner made me stay and I'm glad. Overall it was a good experience, but I would recommend you invest in some heating :-) very happy new owner of a Citroen c3!
Trade Centre Wales offered an excellent service. Unlike many dealers the staff were not pushy, answered my questions and were efficient. When collecting my new car everything was ready and there was no waiting around. Other dealers could learn from Trade Centre Wales what customer service is about.

Very helpful sales people. We wanted a Renault Clio and were shown one straight away. We were then left to look at the car and were not put under any pressure unlike some sales men. We decided to bye the car and drove away two days later very pleased with the car and all the staff at tcw.

We came up Thursday 14 February to collect our car and was welcomed by the staff with a service and a smile they were very genuine and professional and efficient. There was only one problem it was to cold hanging around. Obviously the cold is due to the weather so nothing can be done about that. the main thing we found about Trade Centre Wales [name removed] and some who we were not involved with were not pushy in what to offer in the line of cars. If we were to have another car at any time in the future we would certainly come back to you.
I was very impressed with all at TCW, from the warmly reception as U go through the main doors right through to the cleaner, every one was polite and listened to my requirements, the salesman Nathan explained everything in great detail about the Vectra I was purchasing, when I arrived Saturday to collect the car we had a few problems with the finance company I went through and I had to wait a few hours(NOTHING TO DO WITH TCW)they looked after me so much that when the car was ready I didn't want to leave So I would like to say a BIG thank you to all at TCW you just don't do good deals but you really do care about your customers.

Very pleased with the way the Salesman (Mike) conducted himself, not too pushy, gave clear and concise information about details of the cars I was interested in. Allowed time to sit in the vehicles and get the feel of each car. I was given time to come to a decision about which car I wanted to buy without feeling pressured.I eventually decided to purchase the Renault Megane Expression DCI. My salesman Mike was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The negative side of the sale was the length of time it took to complete the deal after I had decided which vehicle to purchase, 3 hours +, although we did have complimentary coffee, but no biscuits. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't have a Trade Centre Wales jacket, I asked cheekily for a brolly instead, and was told I could have one, but didn't get one :( Overall I am happy with my experience at Trade Centre Wales, and would recommend a friend/family member to visit you first.
We were very pleased with the range of cars available as it only took us 2 minutes to choose the car we wanted. On arrival we were not pressured by salesmen but greeted and introduced to the other sales people at the desk. All the staff were friendly and helpful and we were left to look around at our leisure. We arranged finance there and was very pleased with the deal. We would definitely recommend the Trade Centre Wales as we went on a recommendation and we are glad we did.

The sales executive, Olly, was very professional and tried as much as possible to stay within my original budget. The sale was quick and efficient, and within 48 hours, I had my car valeted and ready to be picked up and all the paperwork done and signed. As a plus: the car I bought is a real pleasure to drive!

Very nice staff, the gentleman, who i think was called Rhyland, went into plenty of detail and made sure everything was completely understood before anything was signed. The car I purchased is a Renault twingo extreme and when we first saw it it had a rather deep scratch on the back but it was buffed out and re-painted within a matter of two days so I could pick it up! I was also provided with a spare key which was brilliant as I tend to lose my keys now and again, the car was polished and very clean when we picked it up...

This was our third car purchase at Trade Centre Wales but the first time to have a mechanical problem, however the Aftersales team supplied a courtesy car whilst the problem was rectified and we have had no further problems since the repair.
We recently purchased a car through Merthyr Branch – Roy the sales person was fab and helped us chose the right car for us – we were then passed into the capable hands of Mark who was our business manager to help us set everything in place. We were helped then by Marcus the collections manager who made sure we were happy with everything and that we had all the documentation for the car – he was really helpful with all our questions and also that the car had been valeted. We had a little hiccup with our car which was dealt with fantastically by Dan the after sales manager – he really went out of his way to make sure everything went as smooth as possible and we couldnt have wished for a better service!!!!! After a poor experience a few years ago it was with trepidation we went back, however, the pushy sales was not there. Good negotiations to enable to have the car I wanted. Had the car 2 weeks so far so good.
Very pleasent experience from start to finish. My car had to be returned for a few faults that should have been spotted in the ’100 Quality Control Check’ which came to light after purchase but full compliments to Mark and his After Sales Customer Care team. All seems to have been rectified to a good standard. Treated with courtesy and repsect on the telephone and in person from Mark. 5* for the Customer Care Team, a little lower for those who should have spotted the faults prior to sale!!

Wasn’t looking forward to the day out to buy a car, and had heard some negative reviews. Have to say couldn’t have been further from the truth. Andy the sales guy was helpful without being over-powering and didn’t hassle us in any way. When we did need help he was there and knowledgeable about the vehicle in question. The whole process was pain free and a pleasure to experience. Will definitely go there again for another vehicle and would recommend them to anybody.
I bought a car from the Merthyr Tydfil branch which unfortunately had a problem, I contacted the branch and was put through to Daniel in After Sales who was extremely helpful. He provided me with a courtesy car whilst the original problem was being dealt with, and when a subsequent problem developed Mark, Marcus and Daniel couldn’t have been more helpful. They offered me an alternative car and what could have been a huge problem for me was dealt with courtesy, friendliness and general goodwill. I would not hesitate to buy another car from them when I need to. They made what had the potential to be a very painful experience easy!!

I needed a car quickly and decided to try several “supermarkets”. I got as far as TCW in Neath, spent an hour being a pain to salesman Simon who held his patience extremely well as well as going out of his way to find a car that suited my requirements. On collection I noticed a couple of chips in the screen, but while I went off to tax the car TCW sorted the chips. If the ongoing service is as good as the initial sales service I will be more than happy.

Well this is my 3rd car from Trade Centre, I had to trade it in as i needed to get a wheel chair in the back so Dean our salesman who was very good bent over backwards to make sure we had the right car for what we wanted to do, We did look at other garages but we always have a good deal here and there is so much to choose from and are all nice and clean. All i would say is that they could do with a disabled scooter,But over all we are very happy!

I found Trade Centre very easy to find and the choice of cars they have is massive, I found the car i wanted very quickly and couldn’t believe how quick it was to get it all done, I had a great deal on my Mondeo, All the staff were very helpful and got all done within two days, I’m very happy!

When I first visited the website I could not find any stock so I popped down to see Darren who I had previously purchased a car off before, there is always an excellent choice at Trade Centre! It took about half hour to choose a car and I was left to browse at my own leisure no pressure sales at all which you get in other garages! When we travelled down from Cornwall we originally came for a Focus after speaking to Byron on the phone, however after having a browse we soon changed our minds to the Toyota Avensis! What a wonderful surprise i had, I could not believe it, I thought it was a wind-up as Trevor called me from Trade Centre Wales and told me i had won the FREE Fuel competition for this month.It could not have come at a better time to as i have just lost my job and having only been there for a couple months and as i had only just graduated with "Honours" by the way i need to pay off my student loan or keep the money for Christmas so I'm over the moon. I came along today, not expecting to drive away but I am, so I’m really, really pleased. The sales guys have been absolutely brilliant, there’s been no problem, straight in, straight out. Brilliant!The Prices are very competitive here, we've been to a few other places a bit more expensive for the same sort of things, so really pleased with the price and the Service.
As we are local we always here the radio ads with Trevor and when it was time to change our car where else could we go but Trade Centre so we decided to pay them a visit. We are more than happy with the service we have received and look forward to coming back one day in the future.

We was a little disappointed there was only one key with the car but they did explain the reasons why. Over all we are very pleased.

However, we popped into the Neath branch to have a look around. After speaking with Darren the salesman we decided to spend a little more in order to get a newer car. I was greeted by Darren Morgan the salesman who was very helpful, I felt no pressure at all as I had in other garages. The paperwork was done quickly and efficiently so overall my experience was more that satisfactory so I will be recommending Trade Centre Wales to my friends and family.
I have been past many times on the way to work but have never had the time to pop in, So as my car was starting to play up and winter is approaching i thought what better time to have a change, Richard the sales Manager was very helpful, He took into account i do a lot of Mileage and with that got me a great deal on a great looking DieselFord Focus and gave a reasonably good deal on my old car. I'm glad i popped in now, Very Happy with Trade Centre Will definitely recommend then to my mates.
Having seen the Nissan GTR on Autotrader, I called the sales office to enquire about the details of the car. I spoke to Byron who was very helpful in getting me the right deal, After putting a deposit down over the phone i then arranged for Byron to meet me at Neath train station and within two hour's as promised i was away. Excellent service! Well worth the travel!

I needed a small car for my son so I thought I would pop along to Trade Centre's new place in Merthyr, I was greeted by Marcus who we found very Helpful and it didn't take long before he found us a nice little Clio, I found Marcus and the rest of the staff very helpful and very professional. Plus the new garage looks great and the cars are well presented.
We bought our last car here but we thought we would check out some other garages first, We went to three or four different dealerships but ended up coming back as we were treated fairly and have no complaints at all.Great Service.
