At Trade Centre Wales, we recognise that customer service is integral to the continued success of our business. Our customer care centre is dedicated to offering you the highest quality of customer service around and aim to ensure that all customers are 100% satisfied with their used car purchase.
The dedicated customer care team at Trade Centre Wales have been a strong focus of our recent one million pound expansion program. Between them, the customer care centre has a wealth of experience to ensure all our customers get the very best possible service. Every car is given a 99 point pre-delivery safety inspection even before it hits the showroom floor and is presented to give that new car look and feel.
Our workshop facilities are state of the art with 16 hydraulic ramps and 20 qualified members of staff working alongside them specialising in all areas of expertise boasting the most up to date and advanced diagnostic equipment to support a wide spectrum of vehicles. Our aim at Trade Centre Wales is to be able to deal with all forms of issues that may crop up as soon as possible that’s why we deal with everything on site, including our own internal tyre centre stocking all types of tyres for all vehicles.
The customer care centre is Open 5 Days a Week from 9am until 5.30pm Monday to Friday and will be happy to answer any questions you may have about your used car.
